In 2009, I worked closely with Clocked Out and fellow musicians, Tristram Williams, Ben Marks and Michael Fowler to present Oktophonie and Kontakte at the Powerhouse museum in Brisbane. The challenge for this project was, how to best install two Stockhausen works and achieve a balanced and homogeneous experience for all listeners. With limited time available in the performance space for installation, testing and rehearsals, much of the preparation for the concert occured in Melbourne.
